RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of company’s development group, you will work in a fast-growing product team and focus on creating
and supporting high performance team culture based on Agile best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily operational management of distributed development team(s) between Ukraine, Denmark and
  Canada
• Perform supervision over projects/products and roadmap deliveries
• Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools
• Conduct regular SCRUM activities with Development Team and Product Owners i.e. standups, backlog
  grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, eliminating bottlenecks and streamlining development and
  deliverables
• Identify Risks, Issues, dependency with mitigations, communicate to Product and Development teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners on upfront planning activities
• Play a crucial role in coordination between Marketing, Sales and R&D departments on release rollout
  activities

• Help the team to provide an estimation of product backlog items and long-term business initiatives
• Provide complete delivery visibility through reporting and status meetings with company’s leadership and
  stakeholders
• Identify areas of product development lifecycle improvements and make recommendations
• Define project success criteria and milestones and communicate the status updates and progress to
  the Stakeholders
• Proliferate best practice and collaborate with the development team to implement process change
• Be an ambassador of the Agile practice across the team, coach and mentor teammates in Agile
  methodologies

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a SCRUM master / project manager or equivalent for remote, globally distributed teams
• Excellent understanding of and practical experience in project management, Agile principles, SCRUM, frameworks for scalability like SAFE, LESS, Nexus etc
• Strong problem-solving skills. Very detailed oriented and fast-learner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent spoken and written English) with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross functional teams

• Proven track record of successful project transformations into Agile mindset and work culture
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Act as the ambassador of the Agile / Lean principles, process improvements, high-performance team
  culture, driver for the initiatives and don’t take NO for an answer
• Relevant university degree (min Bachelor’s)
