Office location: Kyiv or Sumy

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the data migration process, including extracting, transforming, and loading data from legacy systems into our fund accounting and investor relation platform.
  • Reconcile data post-migration, ensuring that all balances and data are correctly transferred, and the system is ready for go-live.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure that the migrated data aligns with the client’s financial and reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration and system configuration.
  • Work closely with clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) to answer questions, provide support, and ensure the migrated data is accurate for transaction posting and reporting.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for the data migration and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and product owners, to continuously improve our processes and client experience.
  • Ensure the system can generate accurate reports and financial statements post-migration, preparing the system for long-term use by clients.

You, ideally:

  • Have a background in accounting, with a strong understanding of fund accounting and financial data.
  • Have strong communication skills in English, as you will be collaborating with teams in New York, Boston, and London
  • Have experience with databases and data migration processes, with a bonus if you are familiar with T-SQL or coding.
  • Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure all financial data is accurately migrated and reconciled.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
