DevOps Manager

Recruiting firm MindHunt, on behalf of a leading Danish software company, is seeking a talented DevOps Manager to join their innovative team and work remotely.

About the role:

Become part of the software team developing sophisticated enterprise solutions for audiology distribution chains. Your main responsibilities will be developing, managing and optimizing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes including but not limited to managing release process & its automation, supporting development environments and configurations in Microsoft Azure cloud, consult internal & external customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling; CI/CD etc. You will be a main player defining our DevOps team setup and activities together with RnD Director and development teams.

What you will do:

  • Own all aspects of Auditdata’s cloud infrastructure and platform, including roadmap and architecture
  • Set the Infrastructure long-term technical direction and strategy and heavily contribute to the broader
  • Actively participate in engineering organization processes and top-level company initiatives
  • Master reliability, performance, and scale of core infrastructure services with a keen focus on metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Support, grow, and mentor DevOps engineers and individual contributors in your team
  • Responsible for budgets within the department and resource planning to meet project objectives
  • Help further develop architectural patterns of extensive geo-distributed SaaS infrastructure and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams across different locations for delivering high-end software solutions to the customers

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, AzureDevOps:
    - Azure Native services
    - Deep understanding of Azure Kubernetes
    - Setup monitoring (performance metrics, OMS)
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory basics
  • Experience in setting up CI/CD for .NET projects by managing, developing, and building CI/CD pipeline- Check code quality
  • Microsoft technologies experience, Microsoft Windows Server
  • Hold a B./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT or similar.
