Who is it for?

These recruitment services are designed for companies that need help scaling their hiring efforts, but don't want to pay percentage of hired candidates for recruitment services. Whether you lack a dedicated in-house recruitment team or your current team is overwhelmed by a high volume of open jobs, we provide solutions.

How does it work?

We offer fixed fee services:

  • “Handle applications” is popular for companies which have a lot of applications and need someone who will review all CVs, conduct interviews and select the most qualified for next stages in the hiring process. The price is $600/month for 3 vacancies.
  • “Seek & select” is popular for companies that don’t want to limit themselves only with applications, but they want to find the best fit on the market. We will be your devoted headhunters or talent detectives if you want. So we will seek and select exactly who you are looking for. The price is $1500 per month for 3 vacancies.

You may choose one of these services or both. You may cancel your subscription any month.

Doesn’t matter the salary level of vacancies we will be working on. You pay a fixed fee. No hidden fees. Forgot to say, that we have recruitment software and you don’t need to pay for this.
